Copper Canyon is a family-owned and operated Coffee Roastery based in Battlefield, Missouri. We have been involved in the coffee industry since 2006. Our family started in the industry with a drive-up coffee trailer. After gaining a little experience in the coffee industry, Sean began his journey as a roaster. He started small batch roasting out of our garage in 2008. He then shifted focus from the coffee shop to roasting operations. He worked roasting coffee, servicing equipment, and attending Farmer's Markets. We attended several of the local Farmer's Markets for many years. Over the years we expanded our clientele, picking up more wholesale accounts and consulting with new coffee shops. We moved to our current Battlefield location in 2015. From this facility our family works to discover and preserve the true nature of each coffee bean's unique characteristics.
